We have partnered with some of the best seafood distributors in the North East to bring you the freshest and highest quality seafood available. Seafood purchased from us is always fresh. There have been extremely strict quality and temperature control procedures put in place to ensure that your seafood arrives at you door at the peak of their freshness. Here you can find your favorite Quality Fresh Seafood ranging from Seafood, Lobster, Live Lobster, Lobster Tails, Crab, Alaskan Crab Legs, Clams, Oysters, Salmon, Tuna, Fresh Seafood, Smoked Seafood, Chowder, scallops, and Caviar. All fresh fish is graded off the boats, hand cut, and graded again to ensure that only the highest quality seafood is shipped to our customers.

Seafood purchased at the supermarket may have been on trucks for long periods of time and may have been in the supermarket for long periods of time, without the proper temperature control. This allows for a buildup of bacteria and rot. Seafood from the supermarket may have also been frozen and thawed many times, resulting in much degradation in quality and freshness. Are your fresh fish fillets really fresh or have they been previously frozen?

All fish fillets purchased from us are fresh off the boats to your door. We deliver the freshest and highest quality seafood available. None of our fresh fillets are ever frozen and stored waiting for order fulfillment. Fresh fish is processed daily to ensure that our customers receive their fillets at the peak of their freshness. What is your return policy?

We stand behind every package we ship. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Though rare, unfortunately, sometimes packages or packaged items are damaged due to rough handling during delivery. If this happens, please contact us immediately. We will promptly handle your situation. Do not discard any of the products. If needed, we will have FedEx pickup the package from your location and gladly replace your order or issue a refund. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with our outstanding service and dedication to excellence.

How are the orders packaged?

All seafood is packaged in a specially designed insulated foam box with frozen gel packs. The foam box is set in a corrugated box for shipment. All packages are packed very carefully to prevent damage during shipping.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No. All orders are shipped with a signature release. If you live in a single residency, FedEx will leave the package at your home. Fedex shipments to apartments and condos must be received by a person, or have an office (front desk) where the package may be left. Please take a look at our Shipping section for more details.
